OCR NO SHOW POLICY"If you apply for an on-campus interview and are selected (including mock interviews with employers), you must sign-up and conduct an interview.  To cancel an interview, you must call the Career Center at least 24 hours prior to your interview and on a business day (Monday-Friday).  If you miss an interview or fail to cancel in a timely manner in accordance with this policy, your career consultant will immediately remove you from any upcoming schedules and access to your Rams Recruiting account will be temporarily suspended.  This policy exists for two reasons: 1) Other students miss opportunities to interview, and 2) NO SHOWS greatly jeopardize our relationship with employers.  Any student guilty of a "no-show" may not sign up for further interviews until he/she completes the following tasks: 1) Write a letter of apology to the recruiter and provide a copy of that letter to your Career Consultant within 24 hours of notification from the Career Center. (The names and addresses of the recruiters are available in the Career Center). 2) Obtain permission from your Career Consultant to continue interviewing"

effective 8/28/2006
Students who login to their current accounts will be asked to provide their birthdate/gender/ethnicity. This information is required for OFCCP regulations and will help employers manage their federal compliance requirements.  STUDENTS WILL NOT HAVE TO ANSWER, they can choose a "rather not say" option.  The information is for general collection purposes and not associated with their name or resume.
